      ZoomConnect v4 - New features

      Introducing new features with ZoomConnect (Mindbody + Zoom) v4

      • Multi-site awareness

        • Support of Mindbody multi-sites to share a Zoom meeting across multiple sites

      • Email customization

        • Support of multi language emails: customize and translate all email parts to your needs and into your language!

        • Custom cancellation email text added

        • Custom recording link email text

        • Custom shareable link email text

        • Turn on or off cancellation emails

        • Separation of client emails and instructor emails

          • Instructor start link is sent 90 minutes prior to class

          • Client join links are sent as defined by integration setting

        • Send recording link also to teacher

        • Send recording link to no-shows (signed up clients, that have not attended meeting)

        • Send instructor start link also to contact email address

           

      • SMS feature

        • Send text messages to your clients (needs clients to have enabled "Reminders and schedule changes" Text option in Mindbody client profile)

        • Sign in attendees, booked or none of your clients from Zoom meeting in the Mindbody class

          • either 'basic' or 'advanced' report - 'advanced' shows more details (e.g. join time, leave time, duration...), can require a reconnect of your Zoom app in your APIANT account

        • Override shared meeting BOT (in a multi-site setup this BOT let's you override as a linked site to be the master for a shared meeting)

      • Shareable client

        • Shareable client join link is now sent at the time when a Zoom meeting is created

        • Register additional shareable client in Zoom meeting that can be shared on 3rd party platforms like Gympass, ClassPass etc.

        • Send shareable client join link to defined email

      • Delivery report

        • New delivery report directly integrated in APIANT account

      • APIANT account

        • Count Mindbody bookings instead of API tasks
