As of version 4 of our ZoomConnect (aka Mindbody + Zoom) integration you will now receive a Zoom meeting participant report, sent as html email as well as csv attachment to your contact address.
To enable receiving the participant report set the ZoomConnect General setting "Meeting participant report" to "basic" or "advanced".
To disable receiving the participant report set the ZoomConnect General setting "Meeting participant report" to "none".
Basic participant report:
The basic participant report shows you participant data as "Class name", "Class date", "Class time", "Class staff", "Zoom meeting id", "Participant id", "Participant name" and "Participant email".
Advanced participant report:
The advanced participant report contains further information such as the "Join time", "Leave time", "Participant duration" and more.
NOTE: In order to receive the advanced participant report you could have to newly re-connect your Zoom app in your APIANT account. Please contact our support via chat or email at support@apiant.com to turn on the advanced participant report.
