Adding the ZoomBOT to the appointment notes
In order to refresh the Zoom Meeting link for a Mindbody Appointment, you simply need to include the term "ZoomBOT" in the appointment notes. Ensure this text is placed distinctly, separate from any existing notes in the field. However, bear in mind that if the appointment is scheduled for more than 30 days in advance, this update will not be implemented.
Once you have verified your update in your Zoom account you can remove the "ZoomBOT" from the appointment note.
To utilize ZoomBOT for Mindbody Appointments to Zoom (for testing purposes outside of standard operations), please follow these steps:
1. Create an appointment in Mindbody and save the changes.
2. Edit the appointment in Mindbody, adding "ZoomBOT" to the notes field, then save the changes. This action will create the meeting but will not send an email notification to the client.
3. Next, edit the appointment again, including any additional notes while retaining "ZoomBOT" in the notes field, and save the changes. This will trigger an email notification to the booked client.
4. Finally, edit the appointment once more to remove "ZoomBOT" from the notes field, and save the changes.
By following these steps, you can successfully manage Zoom meetings for your Mindbody appointments.
