As of version 4 of our ZoomConnect (aka Mindbody + Zoom) integration you now can choose to send or not send our branded and customized cancellation emails when a client cancels his/her booking from a class/workshop.
One use case to turn of the branded, customized emails would be if you already send a cancellation email through Mindbody and within that email already all necessary information is present. Please be aware that Mindbody does allow you only to configure one cancellation email for all Mindbody events like classes, workshops etc..
To turn on or off sending cancellation emails, modify the ZoomConnect Email setting "Send cancellation email":
