      Introducing new features in ZoomConnect v4

      • Multi-site awareness
        • Mindbody multi-site accounts can now share Zoom meetings across multiple sites
      • Email customization
        • Complete customization of the zoom meeting email text sent to clients when they are booked for a class
        • Complete customization of the cancellation email text sent to clients when classes are cancelled
        • Complete customization of the Zoom recording link email text sent to clients when Zoom recordings become available
        • Complete customization of the shareable link email text sent to clients for Classpass/Gympass
        • Cancellation emails can be turned on or off
        • Client emails and instructor emails are now separate:
          • The instructor start link is sent 90 minutes prior to a class
          • Client join links are sent prior to a class, based on an integration setting
        • Instructors can now receive Zoom recording link emails
        • No-shows (clients that signed up for a class but did not attend) can now receive Zoom recording link emails
        • Instructor start links can also be emailed to the APIANT account's email address
      • SMS text messages (you will need your own Twilio or CM account)
        • Send SMS text messages to your clients (Mindbody client profiles must have enabled "Reminders and schedule changes" Text option)
        • SMS BOT to only send text messages on demand for certain classes
      • Monitor clients in Mindbody
        • Clients who attend a Zoom meeting can be automatically signed in to the corresponding Mindbody class
        • Zoom meeting participant reports are now emailed by the automation "ADMIN - 08 - Monitor attendees (KEEP OFF)" to the email defined in the "contact email" setting and a CSV file is attached
          • either 'basic' or 'advanced' report - 'advanced' shows more details (e.g. join time, leave time, duration, etc.)
      • Zoom meeting
        • "Allow multiple devices" can be enabled or disabled (when disabled, avoids the possibility of participants sharing their Zoom participant join link with other people)
      • New Mindbody client BOTs
        • The client email BOT and instructor email BOT are now separate
        • 2 new Recording BOTs
          • record a meeting on demand to cloud
          • record a meeting on demand to the local computer
        • 3 new Send Recording BOTs
          • send recording links on demand to 'booked'
          • send recording links on demand to 'attendees'
          • send recording links on demand to 'no-shows'
        • For Mindbody accounts with multiple sites, a new BOT to override a shared meeting
      • Shareable client
        • Shareable client join links are now sent at the time when Zoom meetings are created
        • Register an additional shareable client in a Zoom meeting that can be shared on 3rd-party platforms like Gympass, ClassPass etc.
        • Send a shareable client join link to a specified email address
      • Email delivery report
        • A new email delivery report is directly integrated in your APIANT account
      • Your APIANT subscription plan now counts by bookings per month
        • Your subscription plan is now allotted a specified monthly total of Mindbody bookings (previously subscription plans were based on monthly 'tasks')
