Using the new two-way sync v2 logic with on-the-fly matching logic. There are two options to find a match:

  1. Email
  2. Email plus first and last name

The matching logic is set in the MINDBODY and ActiveCampaign action settings:

Once the link between the two records is established based on the matching logic chosen, even the email can be changed moving forward in both apps without loosing the link between the two records.

When a duplicate is found in either app, an error is produced waiting for the conflict to be resolved (merge or delete duplicates) and can then be retried successfully.

The collection also includes a "RUN ONCE" automation that creates the MINDBODY (MB) custom fields in ActiveCampaign.
