This template will sync your ONTRAPORT contacts with your Cliniko Patients bi-directionally based on email.

Using the new two-way sync v2 logic with on-the-fly matching logic. There are two options to find a match:

  1. Email

  2. Email plus first and last name

The matching logic is set in the ONTRAPORT and Cliniko action settings:

When duplicates are found based on the matching logic selected, an error is produced waiting for the conflict to be resolved (merge or delete duplicates) and can then be retried.

Once the two-way sync is established, emails can be modified without breaking the link between the records.
