# CRMConnect: Cliniko → HubSpot (Version 1.26 Enhancements)

## CRMConnect now automatically updates HubSpot contact properties like next appointment details whenever appointments are created, updated, canceled, or archived in Cliniko, ensuring contact records always reflect the latest information.

#### **Next Appointment Properties Updated in HubSpot**

**Feature Overview:** We have added a new feature to CRMConnect that enhances how appointment details are synced between Cliniko and HubSpot. Now, specific appointment-related properties on the HubSpot contact record are automatically updated whenever changes are made to individual appointments in Cliniko.

**New Properties Updated in HubSpot.** With this update, the following properties on a contact record in HubSpot will be kept up-to-date:

- **Next appointment**

- **Next appointment category**

- **Next appointment date**

- **Next appointment day**

- **Next appointment time**

- **Next appointment practitioner**

- **Next appointment practitioner first**

These properties are updated for individual appointments only and will reflect the most current information available.

**Trigger Events for Updates:** The update to these properties is triggered by the following events:

1. When an individual appointment is **created** or **updated** in Cliniko.
2. When an individual appointment is **cancelled**.
3. When an individual appointment is **archived**.

In addition, if an appointment is canceled or archived and no upcoming appointments are found for the contact, the corresponding properties in HubSpot will be cleared. However, please note that values will **not** be cleared if they are from an appointment in the past and no trigger event occurs to update them.
