If you are familiar with the precedent "Send Email" client BOT, please know that we split up that BOT into two separate BOTs (one for client emails, one for instructor emails).
Introducing the "Send Client Emails" client BOT!
When added to a class, this BOT will automatically email all booked clients the Zoom meeting information to join immediately.
Keep in if BOT is used before regularly scheduled emails, regularly emails will still be sent out, so this will be a duplicate email for your clients.
