What they do:
"Record Cloud"
When added to a class before the class starts, this BOT will automatically change your Zoom meeting setting "Automatically record meeting" to record your meeting into the cloud.
"Record Local"
When added to a class before the class starts, this BOT will automatically change your Zoom meeting setting "Automatically record meeting" to record your meeting to your local computer.
NOTE: These BOTs act as an override, regardless of your integration setting "Auto-recording".
How to set it up:
In Mindbody go to your class, to the class sign-in roster and add one of the 2 new record BOTs to the class.
The BOT will be automatically removed from the class again after the automation has finished processing.
Question: I added one of the "Record ..." BOTs to my workshop and the Zoom meeting's setting "Automatically record meeting" was not changed.
